Suppleness in the spine is crucial to your comfort while carrying your little one, whether inside or outside! So, be sure that when you do cat stretch that you move not only up and down, but in all directions. Create space in the upper and middle back with subtle movements----make hip circles, little one and big ones---bend your elbows, come into child or up dog---go on an adventure searching out those places along your spine that you haven't noticed before. Get sensual with the movement and enjoy yourself. Your body is doing grand work!

Class last night was magical....we did partner yoga and everyone wanted to teach their husbands the poses. At the end we sat in a circle knee to knee, holding our hands just above our neighbor's palms...feeling the energy flowing around the circle. All the babies can feel the blessed energy of their mother's hearts.
