getting started
You might think, like many people today, that you need special equipment to start doing yoga. But you don't. You don't need a mat, or fancy yoga clothes. You need only a little bit of time each day. I say each day because its important to create a regular practice, not necessarily a long complicated practice. So, start today. Set aside 10 minutes for yourself. Sit down either in a chair or on the floor in a space that feels comfortable for you, and notice how you feel. Close your eyes and notice how your breath feels flowing through your nostrils. That's all you need to begin!
